Diana is an office assistant in our Osoyoos office. After spending her whole life in Calgary and working in broadcasting for 22 years, she decided to relocate to sunny Osoyoos. Diana has worked for Expert Hearing for almost 10 years now and feels so grateful for having such a wonderful place to work. Her greatest satisfaction is putting a smile on her clients faces and just showing them that she cares.

Bryan has been a part of the Expert Team for 4 years and prides himself on customer satisfaction. Every challenge presented helps him to learn new solutions to 
provide a better hearing experience where possible. Bryan speaks Spanish, English and can order Italian food fluently. With a bachelors of science degree in Mathematics from U.B.C. Bryan is always keen to keep up with technology and to make your hearing experiences the best it can be. He can provide expertise in hearing testing, fittings, and adjustments and is a practiced professional in selective hearing, just ask his wife! Bryan’s first loves are his baby girl, wife Jess, Soccer and The Simpsons! From the first time you meet Bryan, you are welcomed with a positive, happy greeting, a warm handshake and a wealth of professionalism. Expert Hearing is proud to have Bryan cover the two South Okanagan offices Osoyoos and Oliver and he has proven to have excelled in both, becoming strong positive presences in their communities!
